The guest house is located in the historic trading area of the old village of Stratilatskaya, now known as Sereda. It can accommodate up to 60 guests in 12 rooms, including shared rooms for 8 or 10 people, superior rooms, and luxury suites.

Ideally located by the river and its promenade, the guest house is just a 5-minute walk from the village center, where you will find shops and a bus stop with connections to the railway station in Shakhovskaya. There is also a café and pizzeria on the premises.

If your country house is still under construction, we have different rooms available, including a FAMILY room (Apartments) and a baby cot for your little one. For fishing and hunting enthusiasts, protected natural areas, nature reserves, hunting grounds, and reservoirs begin from Sereda. Just 7 minutes from here, there is an equestrian sports club for all age groups. If you are on a business trip, you are guaranteed quiet in your room, stable internet (fiber optic), and a work desk. For sports, in Sereda and Shakhovskaya, 15 minutes from the Hotel, there are specially equipped children's and adults' sports grounds and sports centers for competitions and training: the Start sports complex, the Kristall ice arena, as well as indoor tennis courts.
